Here is a quick look at our service. We will start with an opening song and a short time of greeting. We will then share some announcements and take an offering. Please don’t feel obligated to put anything in the offering as your presence is your gift to us. We will continue with praise music that allows us to express our thankfulness to God for who He is and all He has done in our lives, and a chance to be refreshed after a long, busy week. If you don’t feel like singing, feel free to listen. Most of us prefer to stand while we sing, but if you prefer to sit, you will notice you are not alone. Please feel free to choose what is most comfortable for you.
Often during our services, people will demonstrate the use of spiritual gifts. God’s spirit may lead someone to speak out a message in English or another language. God loves His church and wants us to hear what He has to say to us today. After the music, you’ll hear a message that will challenge you to discover God’s purpose for your life and apply His word to your situation. At the end, an opportunity will be given for people to respond to the message through corporate prayer or coming to the altar to pray alone or with others. A short benediction, or prayer of blessing, will conclude our service. If you want prayer for a loved one or for yourself, please feel free to meet with one of our leaders at the front of the Sanctuary after any of the services.
